How to suspend a user?

Here’s how to easily and quickly suspend a user on Rindegastos’ web platform.

What does suspending a user mean?

Suspending a user on Rindegastos means the following:

  • Their access to the platform will be restricted.

  • Their user data will remain within your company.

  • The fees associated with the user will continue to be charged according to your company’s plan.

🧐 Note: If your company has a "Pay-per-Active-User" plan, you will be charged if the user accessed Rindegastos during the suspension month. If your company has a "Per-Registered-User" plan, charges will continue as usual.

How to suspend a user?

Suspending a user is simple; just follow these steps:

  1. From the "Administrator" menu, select “Users.”

  2. You’ll see a list of active users on the platform.

  3. Use the filter to find the user you want to suspend. You can search by name.

  4. Click on the user’s name to access their profile.

  5. In the upper right corner, click the three dots and select "Suspend User."

  6. A warning window will appear, confirming the user’s suspension.

  7. Click "Suspend User" to finalize the action.

That’s it! The user will be suspended and will no longer have access to the company’s information.

✏️ Note: You can restore a suspended user, as long as they haven’t been deleted.
