How to check the list of suspended users?
Checking which users are suspended is easy; just follow these steps:
From the "Administrator" menu, select “Users.”
In the upper right corner, click the three dots and select "Suspended Users."
In this section, you can view the list of suspended users in your company.
Click on a user's name to see their full profile.
That’s it! You can now review which users are suspended and all their information.
How to reactivate a suspended user?
To reactivate a suspended user, follow these steps:
From the "Administrator" menu, select “Users.”
Use the filter to find the user you want to reactivate. You can search by name.
Below the user's name, the platform will indicate "Suspended User" in yellow.
Click on the user’s name to access their profile.
You can review and edit the user's roles and permissions if needed.
At the top of the profile, you’ll see a yellow alert indicating that the user is suspended.
Click the "Activate User" button.
Finally, confirm that you want to activate the user by clicking "Yes, Activate."
That’s it! The suspended user is now active and can log in to Rindegastos using their previous username and password.
