What permissions does each role have?

In Rindegastos, we have three roles with different permissions in the platform:

Administrator:

  • Global Company

  • Users

  • Policies

  • Funds

  • Reporting

  • Billing and Payments

  • Integration

  • review workflows

  • Fund Requests

Approver:

  • Reports Review

  • Funds Review

Submitter:

  • Create Expenses

  • Fund Requests

How to configure roles and limitations for users?

Configuring roles and limitations for users is simple; just follow these steps:

  1. From the "Administrator" menu, select “Users.”

  2. Use the filter to find the user you want to configure.

  3. Click on their name to access their profile.

  4. In the "Roles and Permissions" tab, you’ll see the roles assigned to the user and their permissions.

  5. Click "Edit" to activate or deactivate roles and permissions for the user.

  6. Move the gray button to the right; when it turns green, the permission is active for the user.

  7. Finally, click "Save Changes."

That’s it! In just a few clicks, you’ve easily and quickly configured the user’s roles and permissions.
