How to replace a user in the review workflow?

Here’s how to replace an Approver in the review workflows from Rindegastos’ web platform.

When can I replace an approver in the review workflow?

You can replace an Approver in the workflow if they will no longer participate, whether temporarily or permanently. Common reasons for replacement include:

  • Vacation (Temporary)

  • Leave (Temporary)

  • Disability (Temporary)

  • Termination (Permanent)

  • Role Change within the Company (Permanent)

✏️ Note: This process can only be performed by a user with the Administrator role.

How to replace a user in the review workflow?

Replacing a user in a review workflow is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. From the “Administrator” menu, select “Users.”

  2. You’ll see a list of users on the platform.

  3. Use the filter to find the Approver you want to replace.

  4. Click on their name to open their profile.

  5. In the top right corner, click the three dots and select “Replace Approver.”

  6. Choose the user who will take its place.

  7. Select the workflows where the replacement will occur.

  8. Finally, click “Replace Approver.”

That’s it! Once the replacement is made, any reports previously assigned to the original Approver will be automatically transferred to the new Approver.

🧐 Note: The user chosen to replace must have the Approver role.
