How to export expenses?
Exporting and analyzing expense data is very simple; just follow these steps:
From the "Administrator" menu, select “Exports”.
Choose "Expenses".
Select the date range you want to filter by; this date should match the expense date.
You can also filter expenses by Status (approved, rejected, or all), Submitter, Currency, and Policy.
Filter the expenses according to your chosen criteria.
You’ll see a preview of the requested information on the right side of the screen.
Click "Export Expenses".
Name your file, choose the file type (.xlsx, .txt, or .csv), and select the template you want to use.
Finally, click "Export".
That’s it! The report with your requested data will download to your computer in no time.
How to export reports?
If you need to export Expense Reports, the process is simple; just follow these steps:
From the “Administrator” menu, select “Exports.”
Choose "Reports."
You can filter by Submitter, date type, date range, or policy.
Filter the Reports according to your chosen criteria.
You’ll see a preview of the requested information on the right side of the screen.
Click "Export Reports."
Name your file, choose the file type (.xlsx, .txt, or .csv), and select the template you want to use.
Finally, click "Export."
And there you go! You’ll have a Report available on your computer in the format you selected.
