What is the Cards module in Rindegastos?

The Cards module connects your corporate card to Rindegastos, making it easier for the submitter to create expenses by linking their card transactions.

It’s compatible with Mastercard corporate cards from Banco Security. Once enabled and connected to the bank, your company administrator can assign the card products to submitters. Transactions will appear automatically in the Cards module and can be linked to expenses.

This module is read-only — you can’t delete or edit the bank credentials.

How can I view the transaction summary of the banking products associated with my company?

  1. In the Rindegastos web platform, from the Administrator menu, select the Cards option.

  2. Click on the Summary section, where you can review the transaction summary of all banking products associated with your company.

  3. Click on the bell icon next to the banking product to notify the associated submitters via email to remind them to link their pending transactions.

  4. Click on the product you want to view in detail to see the number of linked transactions and the total in the corresponding currency.

  5. If you need more details about the banking product, click on "Go to transactions" to go to the transactions panel.

That’s it! This is how you can track your company’s card transactions.

How can I export the transactions made with my banking product?

  1. In the Rindegastos web platform, from the Administrator menu, select the Cards option.

  2. Click on the Banks section and select the bank or financial entity you need. Here, you will find a list of the banking products you have associated.

  3. Click on the product or card from which you need to download transactions.

  4. Finally, click on the "Export Transactions" button, select the date range, the status of the expenses, and confirm to export the transactions.
