What is the audit log?

The audit log is a chronological record of the actions performed by Administrators on Rindegastos. Since we understand the need to track changes made at the configuration level, this section shows:

  • User's name

  • Details of the action performed on Rindegastos

  • Date and time of the action

🧐 Note: The audit log operates in CUT (Coordinated Universal Time), which corresponds to the server, not the time zone of your location.

How to review the audit log?

Reviewing the audit log is straightforward—just follow these steps:

  1. In the top right corner, click the down arrow next to your profile picture.

  2. Select "Company."

  3. In the audit log section, you'll find a list of actions performed by Administrators on Rindegastos, from the most recent to the oldest.

  4. You can adjust the view to either detailed mode

    or simple mode

    based on your preference.

  5. If you want to search for a specific action, use the filter by selecting a user and entering a date range, then click "Filter."

That’s it! Tracking Administrators actions is that easy.
