APP - How to create and send a report?

Here's how to create and submit an Expense Report from the Rindegastos mobile App. This is the final step to complete your Expense Report and send it for review.

To submit an Expense Report with all the expenses that need to be claimed, follow these steps:

  1. In the app, under the Submitter profile, go to second tab 📄 at the bottom of the screen to access the reports section.

  2. Then, tap the blue "+" button in the bottom right corner to create a new Expense Report.

  3. Choose the Expense Policy for the new Report. The Expense Policy should be the same as the one assigned to the expenses you want to report.

  4. Fill in the Report Title to differentiate it from others, and then complete the information for the new Expense Report:

    • To add Expenses to the Report, check the box ▢ next to the Expense title. Once you’ve selected all the Expenses you want to report, press the “Save”.

    • If you have funds to report or a petty cash account assigned, and the Expenses need to be deducted from those funds, you should select this option when it appears.

    • If you need to leave any comments regarding the Expenses you’re submitting, use the notes field. These will be visible to your Approver. This step is optional.

    • You can also upload additional files to the Report, such as Bank Statements, Certificates, Special Authorizations, and more. To do this, select “+ Attach File”, which will open a window with options to either take a photo with your camera or choose a file previously saved in your Gallery.

  5. To finish, select “Save.”

  6. After saving, a summary of the Report will be displayed. If everything looks good, select “Submit Report,” and you’ll be informed of who will receive your Report to begin the review process.

✏️Note: To see who currently has your Report and check the status of the expenses you’ve submitted, you can review it in “History.

Warning: Once the has been submitted for review, you won’t be able to make any changes to it. If you need to edit it, you’ll need to ask the Approverto send the Report back to you.
