Here’s how to check the status of an expense report using the History and Review Workflow features.

How do I check the history of an expense report?

To check the history of an expense report, just follow these simple steps:

  1. From the APP, under the Submitter menu, select “Reports.”

  2. Select and enter the report with “In Progress” status you want to check.

  3. Once in the report, In the center menu, tap “History.”.

  4. Here, you’ll see all activity related to the report, including approver’s comments and all the action of approval or rejection of this report.

Visible events include:

  1. Expense approvals and/or rejections

  2. Expense edits

  3. Expense report edits

  4. Comments from submitters and approvers

How do I check the review workflow of an expense report?

  1. From the APP, under the Submitter menu, select “Reports.”

  2. Select and open the report with “In progress” status you want to review.

  3. Once in the report, In the center menu, tap “Review Workflow.”

  4. Here you'll see the current status and which approver is reviewing the report.

💡Tip: If you have questions about approvals or rejections, contact the approver directly or leave a message in the History section, this message will be sent directly to the approver reviewing your report.
