APP – Cards - How do I use corporate cards with my Rindegastos account?

Here’s how to use the Cards module to connect your Rindegastos account with your corporate cards and easily create and assign expenses on the Rindegastos App.

Important: This feature is available for Rindegastos Chile 🇨🇱 and applies to Mastercard corporate cards from Banco Security.

What is the Cards module in Rindegastos?

The Cards module connects your corporate card to Rindegastos, making it easier for the submitter to create expenses by linking their card transactions.

It’s compatible with Mastercard corporate cards from Banco Security. Once enabled and connected to the bank, your company administrator can assign the card products to submitters. Transactions will appear automatically in the Cards module and can be linked to expenses.

This module is read-only — you can’t delete or edit the bank credentials.

What are the requirements to use Cards in Rindegastos?

If you’re in Chile, you’ll see the Cards section with the products your Rindegastos admin has assigned to you. Your company must set up this connection and enable the feature in Rindegastos.

How do I link corporate card transactions with expenses?

  1. In the Rindegastos App, from Submitter menu select “Cards.”

  2. In the “Unlinked tab”, choose the transaction you want to link to an expense. Transactions may take up to 48 hours to appear in Rindegastos.

  3. Tap “Link to Expense” and choose whether to link it to an existing expense or create a new one.

  4. If linking to an existing expense, pick it from the list and tap Link Expense.

  5. If there's no match, create a new expense. Tap “Create Expense” and choose the expense policy.

  6. Finish by tapping Create Expense. The transaction data will autofill the expense, which you can then edit and complete.

That’s it! Your expenses are now created and linked to your corporate card transactions.

How do I unlink a corporate card transaction from an expense?

If you need to unlink a transaction:

  1. From the Submitter menu tap “Cards.”

  2. In the “All” tab, select the transaction you want to unlink.

  3. Tap “Unlink Expense” and you’re done!

You can also do this from the Expenses section as long as the expense is still in draft.

✏️ Note:

*If you only have one company and policy assigned, the expense will be created and linked automatically.

* If you have more than one, you’ll need to manually create the expense and link it in Rindegastos.

Linking expenses: Action taken by the submitter to connect an existing expense with a transaction made with a bank product.
