What roles exist in Rindegastos?

When you start using Rindegastos, you'll learn about the three user roles or profiles that define the available features and tools for each user. These roles form the foundation of the Rindegastos system and allow customization of the expense reporting process based on your company’s needs.

Submitter: All users are assigned the submitter role by default. This allows them to create expenses and send them for review according to the company's setup.

Approver: This role identifies users who can participate in the review workflows established by your company, allowing them to view, approve, and/or reject expenses, fund requests, and reports submitted by submitters.

Administrator: This user has the permissions needed to customize Rindegastos to match your company’s needs, including creating users, policies, review workflows, and expense categories, among others. This role also has access to reports and can export the company’s expense data.
