What is Invoice Recovery?
Invoice Recovery is a service offered by Rindegastos Mexico 🇲🇽, aimed at retrieving invoices from your company’s suppliers who have not yet provided the required documentation.
The recovery team uses your company’s CSF to request the invoice from the supplier and helps you identify suppliers who are not issuing invoices so you can evaluate their continuity. With Invoice Recovery, you will receive the invoice within 3 to 4 business days directly in your Rindegastos app/platform profile.
Invoice Recovery is an additional service and has a cost, which you can discuss with your account executive at Rindegastos Mexico.
How can I recover an invoice?
Recovering an invoice is very simple. Just follow these steps:
Take a photo of the receipt and send it to info@recuperotufactura.com
You’ll receive a confirmation email from the recovery team. If more information is needed, they will contact you.
Once the invoice is recovered, you will receive an email with the XML and PDF files.
Finally, Rindegastos will send you an automatic email detecting the new invoice so you can associate it with a company and policy in the Rindegastos platform.
And that’s it! This way, the invoice is recovered, and the expense is created in your Rindegastos account.
