How to change my password?
Once your company sets up the account, we recommend changing the password to something easy for you to remember. The process is really simple; just follow these steps:
In the top right corner, next to your name, click the download arrow.
Click “Profile” to log in.
In the “Security” section, click “Change password”.
Enter your current password to enable the option to change it.
Enter your new password, for your safety make sure it’s different from the one you used before.
Confirm your new password by entering it again.
Finally, click “Change password”.
That’s it! In just a few steps you’ve changed your password for one that’s easy for you to remember.
How to reset my password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password, don’t worry, you can reset and create a new one to easily access Rindegastos, just follow these steps:
On the Login page, click on “Forgot your password?”.
Enter the email address associated with your Rindegastos account and click “Send.”
Rindegastos will send you a password reset email.
Click on “Reset Password”
Enter a new password that’s easy for you to remember.
Repeat the new password.
Finally, click “Save New Password.”
That’s it! You've created a new password and can now easily access your Rindegastos account.
💡Tip: For a secure password, make sure it has an uppercase letter, a number, a special character, and is at least 8 characters long.
