How to pay your invoice on Rindegastos?

Here’s how to pay your Rindegastos subscription invoices and the payment methods you can use.

How to pay your invoice on Rindegastos?

In this section, we’ll guide you through paying your Rindegastos invoice 💸.

From Rindegastos:

  1. On the Web🌐, log in to your Administrator profile. Unfortunately, the mobile payment option is NOT available at the moment.

  2. Click on your name in the top right corner. A menu will drop down with these options:

  • My Account

  • Company

  • Billing

  1. Choose "Billing", and you’ll see the details on a new screen.

  2. At the bottom, you’ll find information about your company’s invoices, including the invoice number, issue date, due date, invoice details, and the amount due.

  3. Click the green "Pay" button or select the invoice you want to pay. A new tab will open where you can choose your preferred payment method.

Payment method

  • For Chilean Customers billed in CLP:

  1. Automatic Credit Card Payment: On the Rindegastos web platform, you can set up automatic credit card payments. This way, your billing amount will be deducted each month without you needing to worry about payment dates. Instructions for adding your credit card are further down.

📌 IMPORTANT: This payment method is only available for amounts under USD2,000.

  1. Bank Deposit or Transfer: You can make the payment manually through your bank. Here are the details for the transfer:

  • For Colombian costumers billed in COP:

🧐Important: Payments must be made under OUR charges. All costs and/or commissions for intermediaries will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please include the invoice number in the message section when you generate the payment order.

After completing the payment order, don’t forget to send the certified proof of deductions for ICA, Source, and VAT (if applicable) to pagos@rindegastos.com. Be sure to include the invoice number so that it can be updated in Rindegastos’ system.

  • For Mexican costumers billed in MXN:

  1. Bank Deposit or Transfer: You can make the payment manually through your bank. Here are the details for the transfer:

  • For Argentine costumers billed in ARS:

  1. Bank Deposit or Transfer: You can make the payment manually through your bank considering the total amount in ARS (Argentine Pesos) reflected on the invoice, which is issued at the MEP dollar rate. Here are the details for the transfer:

  • For Customers in other countries billed in USD:

Rindegastos offers you three options to pay your invoices:

  1. Automatic credit card payment via Kushki💳: On the Rindegastos web platform, you can set up automatic credit card payments. This way, your billing amount will be deducted each month without you needing to worry about payment dates. Instructions for adding your credit card are further down.

📌 IMPORTANT: This payment method is only available for amounts under USD2,000.

  1. Payments via PayPal: You can use various payments methods depending on your country of residence, such as debit or credit cards, follow these steps:

    1. Click the downward arrow next to your name or profile picture in the top right corner.

    2. Select the "Billing" option.

    3. Scroll down to see both paid and unpaid invoices. For those pending payment, click the "Pay" button.

    4. You’ll see different payment options; select PayPal. You can either add your card directly on the platform or proceed to PayPal.

    5. Once you're on the PayPal platform or have entered your card details, you can complete the payment.

That’s it! Paying via PayPal is that simple.

How to add a credit card for monthly invoice payments?

(AVAILABLE ONLY FOR CHILE, THROUGH MERCADOPAGO)

Adding a credit card for automatic monthly payments to Rindegastos is easy, just follow these steps:

  1. Click the downward arrow next to your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Select the "Billing" option.

  3. In the "Billing Details" section, you can enter your company information and add one or more contacts for account statement delivery.

  4. Click the downward arrow next to "Automatic Payment."

  5. In the "Credit Card" section, click on "+ Add Credit Card."

  6. Enter your credit card details (Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, and CCV).

  7. Click "Save Changes."

That’s it! Your credit card is now added, and you can relax about Rindegasto’s monthly payments.

🧐 Reminder: If you want to switch back to manual payments, you can do so at any time by simply removing the credit card.
