Is it possible to edit or approve reports with an administrator role?
No, only the Approver assigned to review the expense report can edit or approve it. However, with an administrator role, you can view and download the report’s information without interfering in the review process.
Can I have both administrator and approver roles?
Yes, roles are not exclusive but additive; a single user can have one or more roles. For example, you can be an Approver and an Administrator, or a Submitter, Approver, and Administrator all at once.
