What this does
Your agent can say small words like "uh-huh" or "yeah" while the caller is talking, just like a real person would.
How to set it up
Note: Seth already has this built-in
Go to Agents > Custom agents > choose your agent
In the 'Setup tab', locate and open the 'Advanced voice settings'.
Find "Say 'yeah', 'uh-huh'" switch and turn it on
Choose how often the agent says these words (0 = never, 1 = very often) We recommend 0.8.
Default words for English are: "okay", "uh-huh", "mhmm", and "yah".
