Your Step-by-Step Plan:
Fill in the required participant details and any optional fields as needed.
Save it as a CSV and email it to hello@risekit.co.
Our team will process your upload within 48 business hours.
Step 1: Download the Template
Click here to access the RiseKit Upload Template.
Open the Template.
Click File > Make a Copy to create your own editable version.
Step 2: Enter Participant Information
Use your copy of the Template to input participant details.
Please ensure:
All required fields (Full Name, Phone OR Email) are completed.
Data is accurate to prevent processing delays.
Column headers remain unchanged to maintain formatting integrity.
You can delete Rows 3-7
Tab 2, "All Fields and Accepted Responses", gives you an example of all the fields you can import information to.
Step 3: Save & Export as a CSV
Once finalized, save your file in a CSV format
Email your CSV file to hello@risekit.co.
Use a subject line like: "Participant Upload: [Your Organization Name]".
Step 5: Processing & Confirmation
We will process your file within 48 business hours.
If there are any issues, we’ll notify you with instructions for corrections.
