1. Login to your RiseKit account at Recruiter Login.
2. Move your mouse toward the left-hand menu.
3. Click Jobs > +Add Job.
4. Complete the required fields under Job Details.
External URL: Add a link to the application page, your careers page, or any other resource that allows the applicant and their support staff to learn more about the application process.
Job Title: Define how your job post will appear to your audience in RiseKit. Include a clear title with keywords that ensures its easy to find.
Example: HVAC Mechanic - Part time, Hourly Pay
Description: This is the meat of your job listing. Include key details to provide your audience about what the required qualifications, skills needed to be successful, but also information about the company and the benefits in working there.
Pro tip: The more transparent you are about pay and whether the opportunity is background friendly, the better your response.
Location: Select whether the job is virtual, hybrid, or in-person. If the job is in-person or hybrid, include the address by typing it into the Address box that appears.
Minimum Education Level: Define a minimum education level that is required for consideration.
Background Friendly: Let your audience know if people with backgrounds may apply.
Employment Type: Define if the job being offered is full time or part time.
Experience Level: Define how many years of experience the applicant must to apply.
Shift: Define the shift type that is attached to the job.
1st Shift: Morning
2nd Shift: Afternoon
3rd Shift: Night
Pay Rate: Let your audience know if the job an hourly or salary position. Add accurate pay ranges to attract the right audience.
6. Add additional attributes that provide any industries related to the program or required COVID precautions that your applicants must adhere to.
Screening Questions: Associate specific questions to your job:
Are you authorized to work in the U.S?
Are you willing to undergo a background check?
Can you work overtime if necessary?
Can you reliably commute to this job's location?
Related Industries: Define specific industries that fall in the scope of your job. Select all that apply.
Covid-19 Precautions: Define whether your job requires adherence to rules that protect those with higher risk of severe illness.
6. In the dropdown menu on the upper right-hand corner of the window, choose that the state of your job. You can edit this state at any time after publishing.
Open: The job will be open for applicants.
Draft: The job will be saved as a draft, not yet published and available to RiseKit job seekers.
Closed: The job is active in your RiseKit account, but closed to applicants. This is usually used for jobs that are currently active but need to be changed after the job has been filled.
7. Click Review Details.
8. Review your job posting and ensure all t he details are correct. Under Link Options, decide if the job will expire on a specific date or if it will be offered on a rolling basis (until your manually close the role). You can also select how it will be shared in RiseKit: to specific organizations in your network or the entire RiseKit network.
9. If you posting on an employer partner, you can add the email address for the job's point of contact and invite them into RiseKit, if they aren't a user already. If they're an existing user, you will see a message confirming this and allow you to add their info to the job posting.
10. If everything looks good, click Save Changes to publish it according to the state (Open, draft, closed).
11. Return to the original Jobs page to see your saved jobs and edit as needed.
