How to Sign Up for a RiseKit Nonprofit Organization (NPO) Staff Account
Why does it matter?
Unique Company credentials are associated with each NPO staff contact record. Once you have joined the RiseKit community you will receive an activation email.
Navigation
1. Navigate to the Create Your Account page. Fill out:
First Name and Last Name
Work/Company Email Address
Select and confirm your own password
Add your company name
Review the RiseKit's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and check that you have reviewed them.
Click Sign Up when you are finished
2. Fill out information regarding your company:
Enter your industry type. Then select Next.
Type in the drop down menu to select industry
Enter how many people your company employs. Then select Next.
Select how many people are employed by your company
After selecting Next you will be able to Go to Portal.
Select Go to Portal to enter RiseKit
You will also be provided with a Confirmation Email.
If you do not select "Go To Portal" you will need to initially access your account from your confirmation email and finish creating your account by reconfirming your password.
3. Once you've entered the portal, you will be taken to the chat section where you can add candidates, message them, and view their candidate profiles. There's a lot to explore within the portal, you can see all the options in the left-hand column where "Chat" is included.
