Get Started With Teams, Brands, and Navigation

Riverflow is organized around teams, brands, and a shared workspace. This guide shows you how to choose the right team, switch brands, and find the main areas you will use every day.

Before you start

  • Make sure you can sign in to Riverflow.

  • Make sure you have access to at least one team.

  • If your team uses more than one brand, know which brand you want to work on before you begin.

How to do it

  1. Sign in and choose your team if Riverflow asks you to select one.

  2. After you enter the app, look for the team switcher in the sidebar if you need to move to a different team.

  3. Use the brand selector in the sidebar to choose the brand you want to work on.

  4. Open Brand kit to update your brand details, logos, colors, and fonts.

  5. Open Products to add or review the products you want to use in generated images.

  6. Open Scenes to browse the scene library or add new scene ideas.

  7. Open Styles to create or save reusable visual directions for future generations.

  8. Open Photoshoots when you are ready to generate new images from a scene or a prompt.

  9. Open Folders to organize approved assets for faster review or handoff.

  10. Use Invite to team and Team Settings when you need to add teammates or manage access.

Tips

  • Check the selected brand before you create anything. Products, styles, scenes, and generated assets are tied to the brand you are currently viewing.

  • If something looks missing, confirm that you are in the correct team and brand first.

  • Use the sidebar as your main map of the product. Most daily work starts in Brand kit, Products, Scenes, Styles, or Photoshoots.

  • If your team manages several brands, finish one task for one brand before switching to another. This helps avoid mixing assets across brands.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find the brand I need

Switch to the correct team first. If the brand still does not appear, ask a team admin to confirm that you have access.

I can sign in, but I do not see any team

You may not have been added to a team yet. Ask a teammate to invite you through Invite to team.

I changed teams and now the workspace looks different

That is expected. Navigation stays the same, but the available brands and content depend on the team you selected.

I created something in the wrong brand

Switch back to that brand and review it there. Riverflow keeps work organized by brand, so items do not automatically move when you switch.

What to do next

Set up your brand details in Set Up Your Brand Kit, then add your first products in Add Products Manually or From Shopify.
