Rivo is a technology company, not a bank, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Your money is held by our partners, and coverage depends on where it sits. Cash held as a deposit at Jiko Bank (a division of Mid-Central National Bank, Member FDIC) is FDIC insured up to applicable limits. U.S. Treasury Bills are held in a brokerage account at Jiko Securities, Inc. (member FINRA/SIPC). T-Bills are securities, not bank deposits. They are Not FDIC Insured, carry No Bank Guarantee, and May Lose Value. SIPC protects the custody of your securities up to $500,000 if the broker-dealer fails, but it does not protect against a decline in market value. T-Bills are backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government when held to maturity.
