The amount includes anything which is a permanent fixture within your home such as your kitchen, cupboards, flooring, and bathrooms, it also includes decorative finishes, so include the cost of your wallpaper, paint and carpets!

It is hard to work out, and we provide an indicative estimate for you but be careful as the quality of finish in your home can greatly impact this amount.
