You can notify us that you wish to cancel your policy at any time either through your account in the Update Cover section or by emailing us at hello@rivrcover.com.

When you inform us please notify us when you would want your cover to cease, and please make sure you have replacement cover in place.

We will provide a pro-rata refund assuming that you have not made a claim on your policy.
