Step 1
Press the red "+New" button in the upper left-hand corner under of your main landing page. If you are not on the main landing page, press the Rivur Logo in the very top left corner to go to your homepage.
Step 2
Select "New project" from the menu displayed. This will open the New Project entry page.
Step 3
Enter the Project Basics.
Note: You can always edit this information after the project is created.
On the Basics tab, Project Name and Legal Owner Entity are required to save the record. Remember, you can return to this record to edit it at any time so you can add "TBD" (e.g.) where needed.
Project Currency is set to USD by default. If your organization has projects held in other currencies and international projects please contact support and we would be happy to change your organization's defaults.
Insurance Requirements is a file upload.
Photo is a file upload. Rivur does not require a photo for a project. With no photo uploaded, Rivur will display a map of the project's entered location.
Description is an open long text field.
Step 4
Enter the Project Address
Enter the Project's address by address segment.
Address Verification & Pre-Population
As you type in an address, Rivur will seek to validate that address and give you a list of options to select from. Clicking on one of those options will populate the address inputs and will also save a map image to your project's profile.
Step 5
Press "Save"
This is the most important step! Everything else can be edited AFTER you press SAVE, but you must press Save.
