A Project is a container for a distinct capital project/need. On Rivur, projects are typically components of development, renovation and capital expenditures related to real property. You can set up one project for one address (e.g. 4800 Oak Grove Dr, Pasadena, CA 91109), or you could set up many projects for each capital project (e.g. Lobby Renovations, Hallway FF&E, Lounge Pool).
Projects require an address, so projects always relate to a physical location.
Rivur allows for the relation of many Projects into Portfolios for aggregate reporting, analysis and Draws.
Rivur can report across all projects inside an organization, in a portfolio, and individually.
