I do not see "Organization" in my user menu!

Why can't I edit my Organization Settings?

If you are unable to view the "Organization Settings", you are not set up as an Administrator in Rivur and need to contact support.

To contact support for your Organization, select "Settings" from your user menu.

Next, select "contact support" under the Organization name.

That will open up a support window. Type and send a message there and it will come right to us!

Do you see this? = Not Administrator
A non-administrator user will see only two options in their user menu: Settings and Logout.ย 

Or, do you see this? = Administrator
