All user credentials are self-managed by the user's. A user must have access to a valid email address in order to log in to Rivur.
If you forget your password, you will simply need to select the "Forgot your password?" link from the main log in page, and enter your email.
This will send you an email from Rivur. Select the "Change my password" button in the email.
Then enter your new password.
