Add Vendor to Project
Introduction
In order to add a vendor to any project a contract needs to be in place. If a vendor is on multiple projects, they will need to be added each time.
Instructions
Navigate to Project
Select the project the vendor is associated with.
Navigate to Vendors
On the left hand navigation menu select “Vendors”
Add New Vendor
Select the green “Add Vendor” button on the upper right corner.
This opens a new screen where vendors can be searched and added to the project.
Start typing the vendor’s name in the search box.
If the vendor already exists in the organization:
Select teal “Add to Project” button next to the vendor
Confirm addition with green “Add to Project” button
If the vendor does not exist in the organization:
Select green “Add New Vendor” button in the upper right corner (refer to image above)
Enter Vendor Name (required) and URL (optional)
Select blue “Save” button.
The Vendor is now added to the Project.
