Navigate to your Budgets

Select the budget to edit from the Budget versions list
Note: You can only delete rows in a draft/editable version of a budget.
The "Status" column must say "Draft" to indicate a budget you are able to delete rows from.

If you do not have a Draft Budget available, select the "Create New Draft" button on the top-right.

Open/Create Draft Budget

Find the row you would like to delete

Double-click on the line item name to open the line item edit screen

Press Delete in the line item edit screen

If there are no records allocated to that line item, the edit screen will close and the line item is now deleted.

If there are records allocated to the line item you are deleting, the edit screen will prompt you to identify the budget line item to move those associated records to.

Select a line item to re-code the deleted line item

Then press "Apply Changes"

The edit screen will close and the line item is now deleted.

After a line item is deleted from the draft budget, the deletion is indicated in the row until the draft budget is submitted and approved.

If you need to UNDELETE a deleted record (from a draft budget only)
OR change the line item to which a deleted line item was re-coded

Double-click on the line item name to open up the line item edit screen

Select "Undelete" to undo the deletion of the record
OR - Select a new line item to re-code the deletion to and select "Apply Changes" to save the change
