How to Add Your Rizon Card to Apple Wallet

Learn how to quickly add your Rizon card to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Apple Watch for seamless and secure payments.

Important: Apple Pay Eligibility

Apple Pay availability for Rizon cards depends on the country associated with your account during onboarding and verification. This is determined based on the identity documents you provided when creating your account.

If Apple Pay is not supported for the country linked to your verified identity, you will not be able to add your Rizon card to Apple Pay.

Please note that changing your iPhone region settings, Apple ID region, device location, or using a VPN will not change your eligibility. Apple Pay support is tied to your verified account region, not your device settings.

Additionally, Apple manages Apple Pay eligibility and card provisioning through its own systems. Rizon cannot override regional restrictions or manually enable Apple Pay for unsupported regions.

From the Rizon App

  1. Tap your card from the main dashboard.

  2. Select Details.

  3. Unlock using your app passcode, PIN, or Face ID.

  4. Copy your card number.

Add Your Rizon Card to Apple Wallet on iPhone

  1. Open the Wallet app.

  2. Tap the + icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Debit or Credit Card.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and choose Add a Different Card.

  5. Tap Continue.

  6. Select Enter Card Details Manually.

  7. Enter your name and card number.

  8. Enter the card expiry date and CVV.

  9. Complete any verification steps requested by Apple.

Add Your Rizon Card to Apple Watch

  1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

  2. Go to the My Watch tab.

  3. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.

  4. Select Add Card.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  6. Complete any verification steps requested by Apple.

Add Your Rizon Card to Mac, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro

  1. Open Wallet & Apple Pay settings on your device.

  2. Select Add Card.

  3. Follow the prompts for your device.

  4. Complete any verification steps requested by Apple.

Having Trouble?

Before contacting support, please ensure that:

  • You are signed in to iCloud on your device.

  • Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode has been configured.

  • Apple Pay is supported for the country associated with your verified Rizon account.

  • Your card details have been entered correctly.

If Apple Pay is unavailable due to regional restrictions, Rizon Support will not be able to manually enable Apple Pay or bypass Apple's eligibility requirements.

Note: Rizon cards are available only to users aged 18 or older.
