YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

("Consent Statement")

You are applying for a Rizon account, which may include access to a Rizon Card. Whether or not your application is approved, this Consent Statement applies once accepted.

By agreeing, you are giving your explicit consent to receive all disclosures, legal notices, servicing information, and any other official communications ("Covered Items") electronically. This includes documents you’d traditionally expect in the mail — now delivered digitally via the Rizon platform, your dashboard, or email.

This electronic consent carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. By continuing with your application or using any part of the Rizon service, you confirm that:

  • You consent to electronic communication,

  • You allow Rizon and its partners to collect electronic signatures,

  • And you ensure that any other individuals tied to your account (e.g., business users) also agree to receive electronic notices.

If you do not provide consent, we will not be able to provide access to Rizon services.

Receiving Paper Copies

While most communication will be digital, you have the right to request paper copies of any Covered Item — at no cost. To request a printed version, email us at hello@getrizon.com.

You can also save or print any document yourself using the tools available on your browser or PDF viewer.

We retain records of these communications as required by law. Beyond that, it’s your responsibility to keep copies for your own reference, especially if a document affects your account, obligations, or rights.

Duration of Consent

This consent remains valid until one of the following happens:

  1. You or we close your account or terminate the card, or

  2. You withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications.

Even after closure, your consent still applies to any pre-termination communications or obligations. See your cardholder agreement for termination details.

Our Right to Send Paper

We may still send physical documents at our discretion — for instance, in cases of suspected fraud, delivery issues, or system downtime. Your consent allows for digital communication, but does not prevent us from using paper when necessary.

How We’ll Deliver Communications

"Provide" may include delivery via downloadable files, emails, dashboard updates, or other digital methods. Most documents will be sent as PDFs or other accessible formats.

It is your responsibility to monitor and review all communications in a timely manner. Delays in opening or reading them won’t affect their legal validity.

Minimum System Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you’ll need:

  • A device with Internet access

  • A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge — latest version preferred)

  • At least 16MB of memory (32MB recommended)

  • Software to open and save PDF files (such as Adobe® Reader® version 4.0 or later)

You can download Adobe Reader here.

By giving your consent, you are confirming that you meet these requirements and can access, view, and retain digital content.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time — no fees, no penalties. If you withdraw before your application is approved, we may not be able to move forward with account creation.

To withdraw, contact us at hello@getrizon.com. Any communications or signatures made prior to withdrawal will remain legally valid.

Acknowledgement

By agreeing to this Consent Statement, you confirm that:

  1. You meet the system requirements described above,

  2. You consent to receive Covered Items electronically,

  3. You are able to view, print, or store those communications for your records, and

  4. You understand that this electronic agreement is as binding as a physical signature.
