Why was my account rejected?

‍To keep Rizon secure and compliant, all users must successfully complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We also enforce a one account per person policy.
Your account may be rejected for one of the following reasons:

KYC Declined
If your application was flagged for suspicious activity, your KYC request may be declined by our KYC/AML provider. In this case, you’ll see the following message:
“KYC Declined. Your KYC request was reviewed but couldn’t be approved.”

When this happens, the decision is final. Unfortunately, we’re unable to override or modify it, as the profile was flagged by our external compliance provider.

Verification Incomplete
If there was an issue with the information you submitted, such as a typo, unclear document photo, or a selfie that didn’t meet requirements, you’ll see this message:
“Verification Incomplete. Something didn’t match, please retry.”

In this case, you can simply restart the verification process by tapping “Try again” and resubmitting your details.
