One affiliate account per person. Duplicate accounts will be permanently banned.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of our company are not eligible.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect a breach of these rules.

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link from their account dashboard.

Commissions are only tracked and paid via your unique link. Verbal referrals or untracked sign-ups are not eligible.

Do not modify, mask, or misrepresent your referral link in any way.

Activates a Virtual Card

Starts a paid Gold or Emerald subscription

Renews an active Gold or Emerald subscription (recurring commission)

Makes a card transaction (transaction commission)

Initial subscription commissions are only confirmed after the referred user has remained an active subscriber for 30 days.

If a referred user cancels, disputes, or reverses their payment within 30 days, the corresponding commission is forfeited.

Recurring commissions are paid per billing cycle, provided the referred user remains active at the time of renewal.

Last-click attribution applies. If a user clicks multiple referral links, commission goes to the last affiliate link clicked before sign-up.

Referral cookies are valid for 30 days from the date of click.

Self-referral - signing up using your own referral link, directly or indirectly

Referring fake, duplicate, or bot accounts

Incentivising referrals with cash, gifts, or other rewards not authorised by us

Misrepresenting our product, pricing, or features to potential referrals

Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising to drive referrals

Running paid ads that use our brand name, trademarks, or logo without written permission

Creating fake reviews or testimonials to drive sign-ups

Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to manipulate referral tracking or attribution

Coordinating with other affiliates to artificially inflate referral counts

We actively monitor referral activity for unusual patterns, including abnormally high conversion rates, referrals from the same device or IP, and rapid sign-up followed by immediate cancellation.

We reserve the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud.

Investigations may take up to 30 days. You will be notified of the outcome.

If a commission has already been paid and fraud is subsequently confirmed, we reserve the right to deduct the amount from future earnings or request repayment directly.

If a referred user successfully disputes or charges back a payment, the corresponding commission will be reversed.

Commissions appear instantly, but become claimable only after settlement. Refunded or chargeback purchases will reverse the related rebate. Settlement Time: 30 days.

Payments are issued within 15 business days.

Minimum payout threshold: $50.00. Balances below this amount roll over to the next month.

Commissions are paid directly to users Rizon account.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your earnings in your jurisdiction.

Level upgrades are applied automatically once the required number of qualifying referrals is reached.

Levels are based on cumulative qualifying referrals - they do not reset monthly.

We reserve the right to demote an affiliate's level if referrals are found to be fraudulent or in breach of these rules.

Demoted affiliates will have commissions recalculated at the applicable lower rate from the date of demotion.

To apply for VIP status, you must be at Level 2 or above.

Applications are submitted via the affiliate dashboard by pressing the button "Request to join".

We review all applications and respond within 14 business days.

Approval is entirely at our discretion. We are not required to provide a reason for rejection.

Accepted VIP affiliates will sign a separate VIP Agreement outlining the fixed monthly salary, duration, and any specific obligations.

You may leave the affiliate program at any time by contacting support. Pending commissions for completed qualifying actions will still be paid.

We may terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these rules, fraud, or conduct damaging to our brand.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions for fraudulent or disputed referrals are forfeited. Legitimate pending commissions will be paid at the next payment cycle.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, level thresholds, or program rules at any time.

Affiliates will be notified of material changes at least 7 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
