Setting up a Direct Debit

Connect your New Zealand bank account to securely pay for booking fees and driver services via Direct Debit.


How to add your bank account

  1. Navigate to the Company Profile screen.

  2. Select the Payment Methods tab.

  3. Click the + Add button next to 'Bank Account'.

  4. Enter your account details, including Account Name, Account Number, and Email.

  5. Tick the box to accept the Direct Debit Request service agreement. Note: By doing so, you certify that you are the account holder or an authorised signatory.

  6. Click Save Bank Account.

What happens next?

Once your details are saved, the authority is established.

  • You will receive an official confirmation email within 5 business days.

  • Future transactions will appear on your bank statement as "Road Ninja Limited".
