Road Ninja gives drivers and transport companies the ability to rate and review each other after a job is completed. These reviews help build trust across the platform and make it easier for everyone to make informed decisions.
If you’re a driver, your ratings and reviews are displayed on your public profile. Transport companies use this information when deciding who to send job requests to. The more positive feedback you collect, the stronger your reputation becomes — and the more likely you are to receive high-quality offers.
To keep things fair and reliable, reviews can’t be changed or deleted once they’re submitted. So as always, the best way to build your rep is simple: show up, do great work, and let the results speak for themselves.
How ratings and reviews work
There are two ways reviews can be added to your profile:
Review from Road Ninja jobs
After you complete a job through the Road Ninja platform, the company that booked you can leave a rating and review based on your performance. You can also leave a review for them.
Reviews from past employers
You can also request a rating and review from any company you’ve worked with — even if the job wasn’t done through Road Ninja. These reviews are added to your profile the same way.
All reviews are visible to companies who view your profile, and all ratings are averaged to give you an overall score out of five stars.
How to leave a review for a company
After you’ve completed a job through Road Ninja, you’ll have the option to rate and review the company.
To do this:
Go to "My jobs"
Tap the icon in the top right to open "Completed jobs"
Select the job
Tap "Rate & review"
Choose a star rating and write a brief comment about your experience
Tap "Submit"
Leaving feedback helps other drivers know what to expect from different companies. It also builds a stronger, more transparent platform for everyone.
How to request a review from a previous company
If you’ve worked for a company outside of Road Ninja and want to showcase that experience, you can send them a review request through the app.
To request a review:
Open the Road Ninja app
Go to "Job experience"
Click on the "+" symbol to add work history
Click on "Use this job as a reference"
Add your referees contact details
They’ll receive a direct link to leave you a rating and comment. Once they submit it, the review will be published on your profile. Their name won’t be shown publicly.
This is a great way to build your profile and get credit for the work you’ve already done — not just jobs completed through the app.
Where to find your ratings and reviews
You can view your reviews at any time in two places:
To see reviews for completed jobs:
Tap "My jobs"
Select the icon in the top right to view "Completed jobs"
Scroll through the list to see which jobs include reviews
To see all reviews on your profile:
Tap "Profile"
Press the star icon below your name and photo
This will show every rating and comment you’ve received, whether it’s from a Road Ninja booking or a review you requested from a past employer.
