Drivers and companies have the ability to rate and review each other for transportation services that they've exchanged via Road Ninja.

Your rating and reviews are displayed to hiring companies to help them make an informed decision about the standard of driving services that you provide.

To promote a fair and trustworthy review system, it's not possible to delete or change reviews and ratings on your driver profile, so making sure you deliver a high standard of transportation services that encourage positive reviews will ensure that you are presented favourably to other hiring companies.

In short; provide good service, get good reviews and get more job requests 🙌🏻

Once you've received a review from a hiring company, you can view it on your Road Ninja driver profile at any time.

To do so, tap on 'My jobs' and select the icon in the upper right corner:

Once you're in the Completed Jobs section, scroll through to see all of your jobs and reviews for that particular job:

To see all of the reviews that you've received from different companies, go to the 'Profile' section in your app and press on the rating icon that is located underneath your name and profile photo:

Once you've completed a job while using the Road Ninja app, you can leave a rating and review for the hiring company.

Note: it's important to review companies to help your fellow Road Ninja drivers understand what type of environment they'd be heading into before accepting any jobs from that transport company!

To do this, simply head into 'My Jobs' and select the symbol in the upper right corner of your Completed Jobs section:

Select the job you'd like to leave a review on from your list of completed jobs:

Next, click on the Rate & Review button:

As soon as the rating and review window opens, you'll be able to pick a star rating out of 5 and leave a brief comment about your experience with the hiring company. Once you're done, simply tap 'Submit'. And that's it! 🎉:
