Road Ninja simplifies your life on the road, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best – driving. In this article, we'll share details about how invoicing works for drivers.

Done-for-You Invoicing

At the end of each job, once you've submitted your billable hours and log book evidence, Road Ninja submits an invoice to the hiring company on your behalf.

  • If you are GST registered, a 15% GST component will be applied.

  • If you are not GST registered, no GST component will be applied.

Each invoice consists of two main sections:

  • Payment by the hiring company to you as the driver (top section)

  • Payment by the hiring company to Road Ninja (lower section)

The bottom section of the invoice reflects the payment to Road Ninja from the hiring company, which always carries a +15% GST component.
