How to change the accounts connected to Roasberry

Quick guide to managing and changing connected accounts in Roasberry.

1. Accessing Connected Accounts

First, to see all the accounts currently connected to Roasberry, navigate to the Integrations page.

This is where you can view the platforms and stores that are linked to your Roasberry dashboard. Each connected account is displayed as a card, making it easy to see which accounts are currently active.

2. Viewing Account Information

If you want to check the details of a connected account, click on the account info section within the card of the connected platform.

This will bring up a pop-up window displaying important information about the account, such as the account name, the date it was connected, and any other relevant details. This step ensures that you are working with the correct accounts.

3. Disconnecting an Account

To disconnect an account, click on the connected button within the platform’s card.

A pop-up window will appear, asking for confirmation to proceed with the disconnection. This safeguard prevents accidental disconnections. If you’re sure you want to disconnect the account, click Yes, disconnect to confirm.

4. Confirming the Disconnection

After you’ve disconnected an account, a success notification will appear in the upper-right corner of your screen.

The status of the platform will change from "Connected" back to "Connect," indicating that the account has been successfully removed. At this point, you can connect a new account or reconnect the same one if necessary.
