To turn on debug check this option ON in Woocommerce - Settings - Freight - Choose zone and freight method you want to debug.

Then perform the webshop action that is causing the behaviour you want to check.

After action, it should generate some logs. Go into Woocommerce - Settings - Logs like shown on picture below.
