If you are getting an error when trying to send on or multiple orders you can always go into the logs to check what is going on.

Go into: Woocommerce -> Status -> Logs -> and from the dropdown choose the appropriate log.

  • logistra-robots-consignment - Logs for when sending 1 order

  • logistra-robots-bulk - Logs when sending multiple orders at once

  • logistra-robots-freight-method - Logs for calculating freight cost for freight method.

  • logistra-robots-picklist - Logs for creating picklist.

Everything is data and timestamped so you can find the correct logs.
