We try to minimize the data we collect because its not our data and we don't have that business model. But it can make troubleshooting somewhat more difficult, that's why we are writing this article.
If you are getting an error when trying to send on or multiple orders you can always go into the logs to check what is going on.
Go into: Woocommerce -> Status -> Logs -> and from the dropdown choose the appropriate log.

logistra-robots-freight-method - Logs for calculating freight cost for freight method.
logistra-robots-picklist - Logs for creating picklist.
Everything is data and timestamped so you can find the correct logs.
