Social Media Tool | Leads Twitter - Search

Within the Leads tab, you can filter through Tweets based on your searches to find people in the neighborhood that are declaring their intent to purchase.

Setting Up Lead Searches

To get started finding leads, you'll need to set them up:

1. From Social Marketing > Settings > Lead Searches, click Add.

2. Enter a phrase that potential customers would use to express their interest. For example, if you’re a locksmith, you may search for “locked keys”  and "car".

3. Preview your results. If you find that too many of your results are irrelevant, use the Must Include and Must Not Include fields to fine-tune your searches. Remember, you are able to restrict the radius of your results to get users within your local area.

4. Once you are done, click Save.

Common Questions
