Customizing an Individual Online Presence Report

Salespeople can choose which sections to show or omit from the Online Presence Report from within the Marketing Portal. To view and edit the Online Presence Report for a company, follow these steps:

  1. In the Marketing Portal, Go to CRM > Companies.

  2. Find the company for which you want to see the Online Presence Report.

    Click the 3 dots, then "Online Presence Report"

The summary of the Online Presence will appear, and you can view or edit it:

To edit a Online Presence report:

  1. Click the Edit Report button.

  2. Use the left side bar to navigate the sections of the report:

  3. Beside each section in the Online Presence Report, there is a checkbox. This checkbox indicates which sections will show in the Online Presence Report to the client. If you do not want to show a section, simply uncheck the box before you view the report.

  4. You can also edit the message that appears in each section by selecting the Edit Message button.ย 

  5. You can also rearrange the order that items appear in the Online Presence Report by dragging and dropping the items in the left-hand column.
