Digital Ads Post-Sale Process
#1 Information Gathering
This step is where we will collect the information needed to initiate the process. If you already have filled out the intake form in the proposal process and nothing has changed, then you can skip this step.
#2 Project Management Access
A formal onboarding call is not necessary; most of the information needed to launch the campaign is collected in the order form. An email will be sent to gain access to the Base Camp Project Management Platform. You will be assigned a project manager who will help you throughout the whole process.
*If creative services are required from our team, please get in touch with support@rocketdriver.com to provide you with a quote for the ad creatives or landing page (if applicable). We allow 1 round of revisions for the creatives with no additional charges. Additional revisions to the creative will incur a fee.
#3 Deliverables
After the deliverables have been sent to the ads team in the project management platform, we will begin creating the ads.
Once the ads have been approved by you and your client, the campaign will go live.
The whole process takes around 7-10 business days if we are not held up by your client.
You will be notified of the campaign launch.
#4 Reporting
Monthly reports provided by your project manager.
#5 Billing
Two days before the end of the budget cycle, the management fee is billed.
