Information on what happens after the sale

1. Upon successfully closing the deal, kindly respond to the original support ticket, and we will proceed to generate an invoice.

2. Following the payment processing, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager and added to Base Camp for all project-related communication. A checklist will be provided to ensure all necessary steps are taken to fulfill the order promptly. This includes booking the photographer, scheduling shoot times with the client, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the editing process. The project manager will address any client questions, requests, or issues that may arise during the project.

3. Once the shoot is completed, and the client approves the assets, the final deliverables will be released and added Base Camp for you to provide to your client.
