Welcome aboard! To kickstart your marketing success, here's what will happen after you sign up:

Phase 1: Getting Started (Within the First Week)

  1. Information Gathering: Within 2 days, we'll need some key details from you to build your tailored marketing plan. This includes:

    • Your business goals and target audience.

    • Information about your main competitors.

    • Any existing brand assets (logo, images, videos).

    • Details about your products or services.

    • Links to your current social media platforms (if applicable).

    • An overview of any past digital advertising efforts.

    • Your preferred marketing platforms.

  2. Kick-off Call: Within 5 days of receiving your information, the Invoke team will schedule a kick-off call. This is our opportunity to dive deeper into your marketing needs, align on key performance indicators (KPIs), and introduce you to your dedicated team.

Phase 2: Strategy & Content (Week 2)

  1. Content Planner Delivery: Approximately one week after the kick-off call, you'll receive the initial Content Planner outlining content ideas tailored to your chosen package.

Phase 3: Campaign Launch & Monitoring (Ongoing)

  1. Content Creation & Campaign Setup: Once you approve the Content Planner, our team will begin creating your content, setting up your campaigns on the agreed-upon platforms, and implementing robust tracking.

  2. Weekly Performance Monitoring: As soon as your campaigns go live, we'll diligently monitor their performance on a weekly basis to ensure they're on track.

  3. Monthly Review & Reporting: You'll receive a comprehensive performance report and have a dedicated monthly meeting to discuss progress, insights, and next steps.

  4. Ongoing Content Planning: Before the start of each subsequent month (Month 2 and Month 3), we'll share an updated Content Planner for your review and approval, ensuring a continuous flow of fresh content.

Important Note: Timely approval of the Content Planner and final content is crucial for maintaining the campaign delivery schedule. Delays on your end may impact the overall timelines.

Your service activation will be 5 calendar days after the date of purchase. This will give you enough time to provide us the basic information about your marketing needs, so our partner can organise a more fruitful kick-off meeting with you.

For example, Google Ads campaigns can show results within a few days due to high-intent searches, while social media campaigns might take 2-4 weeks to build momentum.
