How do I request number porting during sign-up?

Before porting your mobile number to RocketBusiness powered by MyRepublic, ensure the following:

  1. Your number is a postpaid number.

  2. Your number is not a personal number.

  3. The number is registered under your company’s UEN.

  4. You are authorised from your company to request for number porting.

  5. Your mobile service with your current provider is active (suspended/inactive numbers cannot be ported in).

  6. There is no outstanding balance with your current telco.

⚠️ Note: Numbers registered under a personal line cannot be transferred.

How to Port Your Number During Sign-Up:

  1. When placing your order online, simply select the option “Keep My Number”.

  2. Enter your Postpaid number and verify it with an OTP which will be sent to you.

  3. Select your current telco from the drop down menu.
