If you can't locate the message, take a look in your Spam folder.
A useful tip: the message will be sent from 7878.

Step 2: Simply click on the link provided in the text message, and sign in using the same details you entered when you initially signed up to order your SIM.

Step 3: When prompted, confirm your current plan. This is also your opportunity to upgrade your plan and enjoy even greater speed.

Step 4: Activation of your SIM may take up to a minute, so please ensure you don't refresh or close the screen during this process, or you'll need to begin the activation process from scratch.

Once your new Rocket Mobile SIM is activated, you'll receive a temporary number along with your plan until you decide to transfer your existing number over to us.

Step 5: Once everything is set up, you'll have the chance to either transfer your current number or pick a new one from Rocket Mobile. If you're following along with this article, let's move straight to the exciting part: go ahead and hit "Yes."

Step 6: If you're an on-account or pay monthly customer, meaning you receive a monthly bill, you'll need to enter your account number at this stage OR If you were using a prepaid service with your previous provider, you'll need the lengthy number printed on the back of the actual SIM card. This number is 16 or more digits long and typically starts with 64 or 89.

Additionally, you can locate your SIM number in your phone's settings, listed under 'ICCID'.

πŸ”” AND NOW FOR THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!

To successfully transfer your number from your existing provider to Rocket Mobile, you'll need to remove your NEW Rocket Mobile SIM and reinsert your OLD SIM into your phone.

You'll receive a text message from the NZ Telecommunications Forum (or TCF) inquiring if you wish to transfer your number.

It's crucial that you reply with "YES" immediately. This step is free, so it will work even if you don't have any credit left on your old account.

If you don't complete this step within two hours, your number transfer will be delayed, and you'll need to contact us through Live Chat from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays to finalize the process.

Keep in mind, that transfers only occur during working hours. So, if you initiate the process outside these times, make sure to reply "YES" as soon as you receive that crucial TCF message to avoid missing the two-hour deadline.

While your number transfer is being processed in the background, you can continue using your old SIM. Once it stops working, that's your signal to insert your Rocket Mobile SIM and begin taking advantage of your unlimited data plan.

And that's all there is to it! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ƒ
