From your Rocket Mobile, dial 606 to set up your voicemail.
There are three steps to setting up Rocket Mobile voicemail for the first time:
Record your first and last name;
Record your personal greeting;
Create your own one-of-a-kind pin.
When checking voicemail from a landline or another mobile, it should be a 4-6-digit number.
The PIN cannot be any of the following for security reasons:
Sequence of numbers, e.g., 1234 or 9876
Set of repeated numbers, e.g., 222222
Once set up, you will receive text messages alerting you to any new voicemails. To access your voicemail, simply dial from your Rocket Mobile.
Voicemail can be accessed from a landline or another mobile phone on a New Zealand network.
Dial your own Rocket Mobile number. Wait for it to go to voicemail, then press # when the greeting begins (if the record your mess part has begun, press ##). Enter your pin number and press #.
Call 029 1600 600 as an alternative. When the voicemail voicemail voice playback starts, press * twice. When prompted, enter your mobile number and pin.
