Check The Status Of SIM Delivery in MyAccount

πŸ“­ Your Rocket Mobile SIM will be shipped by courier and should arrive in 2-3 business days, depending on your location. While you wait, you can track the delivery using the Rocket Mobile App or MyAccount.

What you can do:

1. Go to the "My Rocket" tab at the top of the page and click "Explore" in the "Order History" tile.

2. In the "Order History" screen, click the dropdown arrow next to the order you want to view.

3. Click the "i" symbol next to "SIM Card" for more information.

4. When the status of a SIM card order is "Shipped," it will include the order tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery on the NZ Post app or website. πŸ‘‡
