Every month, we will send you an email to inform you that your invoice is ready. You can download a PDF of your monthly bill from that email.
Additionally, you can view your mobile bills through MyAccount or the Rocket Mobile App.
How to View My Invoice?
1. Go to “My Rocket” at the top of the page then
2. Click on Explore in the "Invoices" tile.
3. All your bills will be displayed under "History"
4. Click any invoice or the drop-down arrow to view additional information.
5. More details will appear underneath.
6. At the bottom of the expanded information, there is a "View full information" section.
7. Click on this to view the specific invoice details, and on the following page,
click "Download PDF" for your records.
Another way to access your bill history is by clicking your name at the top right,
then you'll be routed to the "Personal Data" page then click on "Invoices".
Will I still be able to view my MyRepublic old invoices once I transfer to Rocket Mobile?
Your billing records from MyRepublic will not be transferred to Rocket Mobile. However, you can still find them in your email inbox. If needed, one of our friendly team members can manually resend them to you.
